What We Do

At the Barons Court Project we work with people on low incomes who are vulnerable through mental health problems and homelessness. We run a drop-in session where our service users can find a safe and welcoming space to socialise with others, find support, and to access our other services.

“I get lots of support from Barons Court Project... I feel safe here, more safe than anywhere else because nobody judges you here.”

Our Services

Service users can enjoy healthy and nutritious homemade meals in our café; they can access a fully equipped computer room, laundry and shower facilities and a television room. We run an 8 week Life Skills course, sessions on relaxation and stress management, a Football Group, a Women's Group, a Breakfast Club, and the Green Palm Group, our weekly drop in for black and minority ethnic people.

Service users can also book one-to-one support sessions with our staff who can help them with specific issues such as benefits, form-filling, and making appointments.

Our services reduce isolation, give our service users the opportunity to participate in new activities and groups, and reduce the risk of people becoming homeless.

“Coming to the Baron's Court Project has helped me when I've felt down; when I've had a wobble staff have been supportive and helped me feel better. It also helps me to socialise.”

Welcome to Our Community

By becoming a Friend of the Baron's Court Project you can make a regular financial commitment to the Project and help us to continue to support vulnerable people with our services. We ask that Friends give a minimum donation of £5 per month but please indicate on the form if you are able to give more. Please Gift Aid your donation if you can so that we can raise even more to support the work of the Baron's Court Project.
