  • Andrew McColl

    Chair
I have worked for charities for over 25 years, after completing my studies in Theology. Most of my work has been with people who are homeless and I have managed a number of hostels. I joined The Barons Court Project in 2014 and really enjoy my work leading the community here, it's a great privilege. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, meeting up with friends, occasionally cooking and love an evening out with Karaoke.

I am a member of the Senior Management Team, holding a position of a Head of Fundraising at Single Homeless Project. Working within the homelessness sector over the last six years has helped me to build up my knowledge and understanding of the pressures our clients are facing and has strengthened my belief that with the right tools and investment, homelessness can be ended. I am very excited to be able to support Barons Court Project with their aim to enable everyone to live the life they deserve.

  • Siân Richards

    Trustee
I worked in the events industry for 38 years, as exhibition organiser, event and venue manager and head of sustainability, before retiring in May 2025. Most recently, I worked at Olympia, a large events venue in Hammersmith and Fulham, where I led the venue’s sustainability programme. This included an important focus on our local community, including a successful and long-lasting partnership with Barons Court Project. I previously gained board experience as a trustee director of my company’s pension scheme for over 20 years and spent four years as governor of a community school in the borough, with specific responsibility for health and safety. I am pleased to have been given the opportunity of bringing my experience as a commercial partner of the charity to the trustee board.
  • Sue Fennimore

    Trustee
I’ve lived in the area for over forty years, bringing up my two children here and I worked for the BBC for a large part of my career. In 2014, I was privileged to be elected as a local councillor and served as the deputy leader of Hammersmith and Fulham council with responsibilities for social inclusion, crime and homelessness, until 2022. Barons Court Project stood out as an outstanding organisation working tirelessly to support its service users and so I was delighted to join the board after retiring. I was a member of the Lyric Theatre board for eight years, school governor and a volunteer for the youth offending service. I’m a keen football fan and spend much of my time with my rescue dog who is convinced that squirrels are the enemy.
