Every year, we support around 900 people facing street homelessness, financial hardship, food or hygiene poverty, and social isolation.  Many are refugees or low-income individuals struggling with the cost-of-living crisis.

Our support approach addresses three levels of essential need:

Meeting Basic Needs

We provide immediate relief through:

• Hot, nutritious breakfasts and lunches
• Showers, laundry facilities, toiletries, and clean clothing
• Health services, including dental and eye care, free glasses, podiatry, and GP referrals

Building Stability & Opportunity

We empower guests with:

• Job readiness support—volunteering opportunities, CV writing, job applications, interview coaching and job search
• Weekly mental health appointments with the Outreach Community Mental Health Team
• Our Homeless Made social enterprise, where guests design and sell greeting cards to generate income
• One-to-one support with accommodation, benefits, and language needs

Restoring Hope & Community

To promote emotional well-being and self-development, we offer:

• Art classes and creative workshops
• Social groups for men and women
• Day trips and group activities to reduce isolation and foster friendships
